Refund policy

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Shoppkro, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that all products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a replacement under the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.

  • The product is defective or non-functional.

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

  • Essential parts or accessories are missing.

2. Conditions for Approval

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Shoppkro reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or return will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Product not liked after use.

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen resolution or lighting.

  • Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery.

4. Replacement Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved:

  • A reverse pickup may be arranged (where serviceable).

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

  • Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the returned item.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Replacement is unavailable.

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • The returned product fails quality inspection and qualifies for refund.

1. Refund Method

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.

2. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our end.

Shoppkro reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In case a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery without valid reason, Shoppkro reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from the same customer.
